Ang Pinakamadaling Gameshow sa Telebisyon is a quiz segment for the show's studio audience.
One contestant is picked from the studio audience. The audience member will simply answer one ridiculously easy question for a chance to win a cash prize and gift packs from the segment's sponsors. If the contestant fails to answer the question, then another contestant is selected from the studio audience.
