Broadway Centrum is a television studio complex previously owned by GMA Network. It is the former tenure studio of Eat Bulaga between 1995 and 2018. It is set to be demolished and redeveloped as a high-rise condominium and a mall complex which will be built by Empire East Land Holdings.
GMA Network inaugurated the said building in 1987 following the introduction of their stereovision broadcast. It has two studios, the East Side and West Side Studio. The East Side Studio, having a 400-seating capacity, has been constructed by the network as TAPE Studio which is the home of the longest-running variety program Eat Bulaga!, when it transferred to GMA Network from ABS-CBN in 1995. The West Side Studio has been used for various GMA Network shows from 1987 to 2010. Diz Iz It! was the last show broadcast from the West Side Studio before migrating to their very own GMA Network Studios.
In 2012, Megaworld Corporation acquired the studio complex to be redeveloped as a high-rise condominium and a mall complex.
After 23 years, Eat Bulaga! had its final broadcast at the Broadway Centrum on December 7, 2018. The following day, the show transferred to their new state-of-the-art studio, the APT Studios.
