FHHM: For Healthy and Heavy Models Only is a beauty pageant for plus-sized women who are voluptuously beautiful and talented. Contestants in the daily rounds must undergo a talent portion and a question-and-answer portion. In the question-and-answer portion, each contestant will face a digital screen, dubbed as the FHHM Magic Mirror, where a world will appear and will be expounded by the contestant in relation to her life. The segment is a reincarnation of the classic segment Fatalbugan.
The name of the segment is a spoof of FHM, a men's lifestyle magazine that has customarily featured sexy and scantily-clad female models on its front cover.
The daily winners underwent a series of elimination rounds until only thirteen contestants remained in the grand finals of the competition.
The grand finals of the competition was held on 4 October 2014 with thirteen grand finalists. Six grand finalists were from the National Capital Region, while five finalists came from other areas in the Luzon region. One finalist originated from Visayas and the last finalist came from the Mindanao region. The grand finals was composed of a talent portion and a question-and-answer portion. The thirteen grand finalists were narrowed down to Top 6, and were then further narrowed down to Top 4 before deciding the ultimate champion of the competition.
