The eleventh anniversary celebration of Eat... Bulaga! was held at Studio 1 (now the Dolphy Theatre) of the ABS-CBN Broadcasting Centre, Quezon City on 22 September 1990.
The event was led by the programme's main hosts at the time: Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, Joey de Leon, Coney Reyes, and Aiza Seguerra. This is the last anniversary special where Coney is a main host of Eat... Bulaga! as she resigned in the early months of the following year.
This anniversary special is notable for the guesting of Danny Javier, Jim Paredes, and Boboy Garrovillo's APO Hiking Society, with whom Eat... Bulaga! would be competing with in the daily noontime television slot five years later after the programme's departure from ABS-CBN.
