Bulaga Pa More! is a talent competition where local celebrities faced off in different forms of themed showdown. The segment premiered on 22 June 2015 an and concluded on 16 January 2016.
Contestants perform songs or dances based on a weekly theme which may be a musical genre such as rock, K-pop, or hip-hop; songs by artists such as Francis Magalona, Regine Velasquez, or Aegis; or more general themes such as cheerdancing, Halloween, or videoke.
The grand winners of each weekly themed competition advance to the Battle of the Champions round to vie for the title of ultimate champion. In the end, the title went to former SexBomb dancer Louise Bolton who wowed the judges with her belly dancing skills.
A special edition of the talent competition subtitled Dabarkads Pa More! was held to challenge Dabarkads hosts to create well-crafted production numbers that are inspired by some of Eat Bulaga!'s most iconic segments.
Overview
The competition is divided into weekly editions that feature different themes. From time to time, the theme could also coincide with a special occasion or a holiday; for instance, Francis M. Pa More! was held on the week of Francis Magalona's birthday as a tribute to the late rapper. Depending on the theme, performances are usually either singing or dancing.
Contestant selection
Most editions featured well-known Kapuso celebrities and other notable entertainment personalities. They were invited by Eat Bulaga! to accept the challenge of performing the week's theme and adding some sort of gimmicky twist to their performances. Several celebrities accepted the challenge multiple times by competing in more than one edition.
Three editions featured non-celebrity contestants who went through auditions before being selected to compete on the show. Auditions were held at the Broadway Centrum. notably Two of those were Kalyeserye-themed editions, Dessert Pa More! and Fantastic Baby Pa More!, which were held just prior to the "Sa Tamang Panahon" event at the peak of the AlDub phenomenon. Meanwhile, the special Halloween Pa More! is the third edition which also featured non-celebrity groups dressed in costumes.
Daily rounds
The daily rounds for each weekly edition were usually held from Monday to Friday. Each daily round featured two new celebrity contestants who must first individually perform the theme of the week with a song of their choice. Depending on the theme, the celebrity contestants may use costumes, backup dancers, and other props in order to make their performances more entertaining.
After their solo performances, both contestants must then engage in a final showdown by singing or dancing to the same music. During their performances, they must do something gimmicky, such as eating polvoron while singing, performing upside down, or incorporating a household item in their dance choreography.
A total of 136 judges from the studio audience decided the winner each day, with one or two Eat Bulaga! hosts joining the large panel. The criterion for judging was simple:
- Which performance was more outstanding and entertaining?
For most editions, daily winners received a cash prize of ₱20,000 and advanced to the weekly grand finals.
In Fantastic Baby Pa More! and other later editions, the prize was increased to ₱25,000 for the daily winners.
Weekly grand finals
The weekly grand finals were usually held on Saturdays, but some were occasionally held on Friday or the following Monday depending on the special event happening on the show on Saturday. The daily winners competed once again by providing their level-up performances in the weekly grand finals. Some editions still required the contestants to incorporate a gimmick in their performances. The order of the performances were selected at random. Unlike the daily rounds, no final showdown occurred between the contestants during the grand finals.
Once again, 136 judges from the studio audience cast their ballot to decide the winners. Celebrity guest judges who are usually relevant to the week's theme joined the panel as well.
The grand winners of each edition received a cash prize of ₱100,000 and advanced to the next round of the competition.
Battle of the Champions
The grand winners of each celebrity edition then competed against one another in the "best of the best" round titled Battle of the Champions. Only 15 out of the 17 celebrity winners competed in the round. Dianne Medina of Tahitian Pa More! and Yassi Pressman of Hip-Hop Pa More! were not able to participate due to their busy schedules.
Non-celebrity grand winners from Fantastic Baby Pa More!, Dessert Pa More!, and Halloween Pa More! were excluded from the round.
Weekly rounds
The weekly rounds of the Battle of the Champions were held on Saturdays from 28 November to 19 December 2015. The contestants showcased their themed performances that had been originally assigned to them in their own editions. They also added stunts and other gimmicks in order to improve and intensify their level-up performances.
Once again, a total of 116 judges from the studio audience cast their ballot to decide the winners. Celebrity guest judges joined the panel as well whose votes were each worth 10 points. Winners received a cash prize of ₱100,000 and advanced to the grand finals of the competition.
Grand finals
The Battle of the Champions grand finals was held on Saturday, 16 January 2016. Four grand finalists—Aicelle Santos of Aegis Pa More!, Jonalyn Viray of Regine Pa More!, Louise Bolton of Belly Dance Pa More!, and Kylie Padilla of Cheerdance Pa More!—competed in the final round of the competition. They showcased their level-up themed performances and added heart-stopping stunts and gimmicks for the ultimate celebrity battle.
A total of 116 judges from the studio audience cast their ballot to decide the winners. Paolo Ballesteros, Tito Sotto, and Joey de Leon joined the panel as well whose votes were each weighted 10 times more than the audience votes.
Louise Bolton of Belly Dance Pa More! was hailed as the grand winner of the competition after impressing the judges with her belly dancing stunts. She received the grand prize of ₱200,000.

Notes and trivia
- One notable contestant is Aicelle Santos whose gimmick was to sing in the middle of the busy Aurora Boulevard just outside of the Broadway Centrum. Her gimmick later earned her the nickname "Traffic Diva" as well as a segment of the same name, which then paved the way of her becoming a regular host of Eat Bulaga!.
- As part of its year-end special in 2015, Eat Bulaga! replayed selected episodes of Bulaga Pa More! on 26–29 December 2015. The replays focused primarily on the special Dabarkads Pa More! edition. The grand finals of Aegis Pa More! was also re-aired because of its notability as the first edition of Bulaga Pa More!.
