Since its first episode in 1979, Eat Bulaga! has held a vast array of television specials. These television specials, while temporarily interrupting the normal everyday routine of the programme, are held to mark or celebrate a certain occasion (anniversaries, grand competitions, promotions, etc.), and are usually (but not always) presented in a variety of locations other than the studio.
