Sharmaine Ruffa Rama Gutierrez (born 24 June 1974), or simply known as Ruffa Gutierrez, is a Filipino model, beauty queen, host, and actress. She was the second runner-up in the Miss World 1993 beauty pageant.

She is the only daughter of actor Eddie Gutierrez and talent manager Annabelle Rama. She has two half-brothers, Tonton Gutierrez and Ramon Christopher, from her father's previous relationships. She has five brothers: Elvis Gutierrez, Rocky Gutierrez, Ritchie Paul Gutierrez and Raymond Gutierrez and Richard Gutierrez.

Ruffa Gutierrez became part of the noontime variety show Eat Bulaga! in 2017 as a referee for the game segment Jackpot En Poy. She became notable for the unique way she counted on the segment—1, 2, 3, Go!—during the elimination rounds.

She also participated in the 38th anniversary special segment #Dabarkads Goals: The Ultimate Battle with fellow referee Gov Lloyd where they were tasked to dance to the 1987 song "Supersonic".

She later appeared as a guest player on Boom! and Bawal Judgmental!.
