Talaga Ha? Sige Na Nga! is a segment that that concluded on 6 March 2004. It is an impersonation contest for contestants who can imitate the look and the talent of a local or foreign personality. The segment is a revival of Ikaw at Echo.

The grand finals was held on Saturday, 6 March 2004. Thirteen individuals competed against one another, showcasing their level-up performances in the final round of the competition.

The panel of judges included stand-up comedian Andrew de Real, impersonator Willie Nepomuceno, and Eat Bulaga! hosts Allan K and Joey De Leon. The criteria for judging were as follows:

  • 50% – Voice quality
  • 40% – Stage presence and overall look
  • 10% – Audience impact

Leah Santos was hailed as the grand winner of the competition. She took home the cash prize of ₱30,000.

  • The grand finals of Talaga Ha? Sige Na Nga! was replayed in full on Friday, 27 March 2020. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic that resulted in the suspension of all live shows, Eat Bulaga! opted to replay throwback videos of some of its most iconic segments from way back in the past.
  • The segment's grand winner, Leah Santos (now Leah Santos Patricio), was a player of Bawal Judgmental! on July 28, 2020.
