Tsuperstar 2020 is a talent contest for male and female drivers of commercial vehicles such as trucks, jeepneys, tricycles, and buses, and ride-sharing vehicles. The segment premiered on 9 March 2020 and concluded on 14 March 2020.

This 2020 edition only had a short one-week run. The segment is part of the show's 40th anniversary resurgence of its "Tatak Eat Bulaga!segments, such as Mr. Pogi, That's My Boy, and Little Miss Philippines. The short-lived revival of these segments is meant to give the new generation of Filipinos and foreignoys an opportunity to get a taste of the show's several iconic competitions. These segments are done in "limited engagement" only.

Christian Samson of Navotas City was hailed as the grand winner of the competition. He will then compete against the winners of the other revived segments in the Tatak Eat Bulaga! Grand Showdown. John Christopher Flores of Pandi, Bulacan emerged as the first runner-up.
