You're My Foreignay is Eat Bulaga!'s talent search for pure female foreigners who have become Filipinos at heart after living and working in the Philippines. The segment premiered on 24 February 2014 and concluded on 29 March 2014.
The contest is the spin-off and the female counterpart of the show's original segment You're My Foreignoy. Both versions were well-received by the public for featuring foreigners who loved the Philippines enough to learn its language and adopt its local culture. Joey de Leon coined the title of the segment by combining the words "foreigner" and "Pinay".
Son Yung Kuk (also known by her Westernized name Shine Kuk), the 21-year-old foreignay from Jeonju, South Korea, emerged victorious as the grand winner of the competition.[1] She performed a rendition of the 2013 song "Chinito" by Yeng Constantino as her talent in the grand finals. Years after the competition, she received her big break in showbiz after being cast in ABS-CBN's comedy gag show Banana Sundae in 2017.
A notable contestant is Dasuri Choi who is a former backup dancer and choreographer for many popular K-pop groups in South Korea. After the competition, she became a regular performer on the noontime show which earned her the moniker "Dancing Diva".

Contestants must be knowledgeable about the local culture and be able to proficiently pronounce words and phrases of the language. They must also be able to perform a Filipino-inspired performance for the talent portion. Auditions were held at the Broadway Centrum.
Daily rounds
Each daily round featured two new contestants who first underwent the interview portion where they attempted to properly pronounce difficult Tagalog words and to recite famous Tagalog movie quotes using the right emotions. They then showed their Filipino-inspired performances in the talent portion.
The criteria of judging were as follows:
- 30% – Personality
- 50% – Talent
- 20% – Wit and charm
Winners received ₱20,000 and advanced to the weekly finals of the competition.
Weekly finals
The daily winners competed against each other in the weekly finals. In the interview portion, contestants attempted to properly pronounce difficult Tagalog words. The hosts then challenged them to enunciate the same Tagalog movie quote using different approaches of delivery. Isabelle Daza and Ryzza Mae Dizon demonstrated the various methods of delivery in a short skit which contestants must replicate. The contestants finally showcased their Filipino-inspired performances in the talent portion.
Weekly winners received ₱100,000 and advanced to the grand finals. Each weekly winner became the representative of one of the island groups of the Philippines—Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao—in the grand finals.
A Dabarkads Choice special award was also given out during each weekly finals based on the number of likes on the contestants' photos on the official Facebook page of Eat Bulaga!.
Wildcard rounds (Lakambini)
The week-long wildcard rounds occurred from 17 to 21 March 2014. Several contestants who lost in previous rounds earned the opportunity to return to the competition. The wildcard round contestants were called "lakambini" (princess in English).
